Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to get LiveClove to your doorstep.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped in 1 day. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–14 days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at support@liveclove.com, and we’ll try our best to help.

What’s your return and refund policy?

At LiveClove Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@liveclove.com

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Returns must be approved via email before shipping back.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
